I would like to say how pleased I am that I have spoken to Jenny today, not just because she has helped with our situation and helped me see past all the debt but because her customer service skills are impeccable. Jenny was professional yet approachable. She is an asset to the team at Kensington.

Just a few lines to let you know that I will be forever greatful for all your help and advice during my time of need. When I first contacted Kensington back in June 2004, I was at an all time low with huge debts spiralling out of control. Thanks to you and your great colleagues, I am now back on track and hoping to stay that way indefinitely. Kensington Financial Management Consultants will always have a special place in my heart.

I would like to cancel my Debt Management plan with Kensington Financial Management Consultants Ltd. I would like to make it clear that the reason for cancelling is that I NO LONGER require your service, as I am now DEBT FREE. Thanks to the help of all the staff at Kensington Financial, I am now debt free for the first time in 16 years! I came to you 4 years ago with £12,300 of debt and was simply using credit to fund credit and borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. The repayment plan that was set up for me has allowed me to take control and resolve my debt with out taking out more credit. The flexibility to pay more when I had it, made it easy to bring this day closer! I would like to thank you all for the help and support and in a nice way – I look forward to not needing you again!!! But should I, or anyone I know, require debt help & advice you will be the first people I recommend. Once again a big thank you Please feel free to use this email in any testimonials – it’s the least I could do.

I want to extend my thanks to all the team at Money Advice Group. An understanding team who truly cares about the person on the other end of the phone. I would recommend anyone to call and just talk to them. I did and it was the best financial move I have ever made.

We have been with your company since 2001, and have always found your staff very helpful. My wife and I would like to give a special appreciation to Lee, this young man has been absolutely first class in his approach to our problems with various companies. He has spoken on our behalf and has always telephoned myself or my wife to let us know what is happening. This has taken a great deal of pressure off us. I called Kensington when I was in desperate need of help and when I thought I had nowhere else to turn I had a friendly voice on the other end of the phone helping me. The Service was brilliant and I never felt it was a hassle to speak to someone at Kensington, everyone is very helpful. You have helped me get through one of the worst periods of my life, and I cannot Thank you enough for that. I would truly recommend ANYONE to pick up the phone like I did when my world was tumbling around me…and speak to the professionals. One thing I learned was you can’t hide from your debt, you have to face it and it gets better. Truly Thank You from the bottom of my heart to all at Kensington for doing a wonderful job. I will always be thankful.
