We’re a Charitable Bunch at Money Advice Group!

At Money Advice Group we pride ourselves on helping others and are lucky enough to be able to make a difference

We are proud to support a charity who help to bring happiness to the least fortunate such as When You Wish Upon A Star.  Our chosen charity makes it possible to grant wishes for children with life threatening illness and this is why we do as much as we possibly can to help then to achieve their goals.

Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charity. We do this by having dedicated ‘dress down days’ every Friday where the staff contribute £5.00 each month to take part in the fund raising. All money raised goes direct to the charity.

The Money Advice Group’s fundraising is managed by resident charity worker, Grace Lee, who is contactable on charities@moneyadvicegroup.co.uk.

When You Wish Upon A Star

When You Wish Upon A Star aims to make wishes come true for children, aged 2 to 16, suffering from life threatening illnesses. It helps to make their dreams come true and this can include  meeting up with their favourite band or footballer, a trip to Lapland to sit on Santa’s’ lap and see his reindeer or a visit to Disneyland to see their favourite Disney characters.

Ultimately the main aim of the charity is to put a smile on a child’s face.
